    Five minutes of us being specific. Which capability fits, which tier fits, roughly what the engagement would look like — or “you don’t need us yet, here’s why.”

    Questions both ways.

    Three minutes of you asking us things, us asking you things. The honest qualifying questions on both sides.

    Next steps or not.

    Either we book a longer working session, you take 24h to think, or we shake hands and you know we’re not the right fit. No follow-up sequence.
